Everywhere that I go I keep hearing my fellow business owners complain about just how difficult it is to win new business. Everyone seems to be working harder yet it takes ever longer to bring in new projects and these projects are often smaller than desired.
Lots of complaining but then I don’t hear much about what these very same companies are doing to demonstrate their appreciation for the business that they do win.
The Importance of Saying Thanks
Promotional products can be deployed in a myriad of ways and a very successful way is to simply say “thanks” to new clients that have brought you on board to do a project. It doesn’t have to be a “big” thing; a pen with a stylus is an incredibly cost-effective gift, yet the client will use it everyday as they peck away on their smart phones and tablets. Imprinted with your company name and logo, it will continually reinforce your brand.
So think about it. When you win a new piece of business make saying thanks an integral part of your action plan. It just might help you to win more repeat business from this client.
